We are now renting by reservation.
You can cancel reservations up to 48 hours before your reservation time. Once within this 48-hour window you are 100% responsible for payment on the UTV reserved and can only be re-scheduled for another day available. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be re-scheduled.

Reservation can be re-scheduled by contacting us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled rental appointment. Please call 915-920-6406 during our normal business hours to re-scheduled rental appointment. You must arrive at least 45 minutes before reservation. If you don’t arrive early, you agree to forfeit your rental slot. You will not be refunded, re-scheduled or compensated in any way.
In the event of inclement weather, no cancellations are permitted we will re-schedule your appointment for another day. Please check the weather before making your reservation.

Note: Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances can happen (rental accidents, malfunctions) that can cause that your rental unit not being available. You will have the option to re-schedule or refunded.
