Requirements
We need you to show up to 45 min early to our process so please give yourself plenty of time.
All drivers and passengers must sign a rental & release of liability agreement. A legal parent or guardian must sign for passengers under the age of 18 years of age.
Renters paying for the UTV must be 21 years or older have a current driver license and a credit/debit card with $1000 damage deposit card hold day of rental (hold will be released automatically a day later if no damages) note: some banks are slow to release pending charges, we don’t have control over this it might take up to 7 business days.)
The payment card must match the name of the driver’s license. Cardholder must be
present to rent
To drive our UTV’s you must be 21 years old, 60” tall and have a US driver license. No one under 21 years old can drive our UTV’s. To be a passenger you must be at least 6 years old and 46” tall, and if under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian sigh a waiver. Switching drivers not permitted.
Driver and passengers are required to wear closed toed shoes (we recommend over ankle boots or hiking shoes), pants/jeans (note: yoga, leggings style pants do not offer protection), goggle and helmet (goggles and helmet included in rental)
All drivers and passengers must be in good physical & mental health. You will not be permitted to RIDE if you’re pregnant or have ANY MEDICAL CONDITION that may impair your judgement or ability to safely drive or ride our rental unit. Unsafe operation or misuse of UTV may cause serious bodily injury or death.
Drivers and passengers suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances or certain types of prescribed/nonprescribed medication will not be permitted to rent or ride.
Passengers are not permitted to drive. Switching drivers are not permitted. Front passengers must be 60” tall, and back passengers must be 46” tall. Under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sigh a waiver. Passengers and drivers’ weight cannot exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limitations for the UTV unit rented.
There is a mandatory gas charge based on the duration for your self-guided adventure.
